BATEMANS BAY
The south coast of NSW is dotted with small townships ready to welcome holiday-makers. Touring to Batemans Bay is an adventure with many sights to see. Stop at the cheese factories, old gold mine, lighthouse museum, art galleries and local oyster farms, all wonderful experiences.
Your accommodation, the Riverview sleeps up to five people and is situated just a short stroll to the water’s edge. Enjoy the facilities of the holiday park. Have a bbq or take a dip in the pool, careful of the water fountain mushrooms! When you want to explore, head to Corrigan’s Beach and enjoy the natural surrounds of the bush reserve.
The Clyde River greets the Tasman Sea at Batemans Bay. Fishing is popular with both amateurs and serious anglers. The sea, bays, inlets and lakes offer plenty of swimming and water activity options.
The area boasts a wide variety of cuisines. Dine in style, grab fish & chips by the pier, pack a picnic or have a meal in a café, you will be sure to enjoy the hospitality of the locals.
Sightseeing, fishing, swimming, and eating aren’t the only past times we recommend. Shopping is also a must. With local artisans, providores and crafters, selling their wares at any of the 40 local markets held each month.
